To register your child/children for The Greatest Show Ever! Holiday Club 2026, please either complete the form online at https://stjohnschurchyeovil.churchsuite.com/-/forms/4olbx9ee or collect a paper form from the back of St. John’s Church. Forms must be returned by Friday 3rd July 2026 to the church office.

Due to the personal data entered, please do not leave them at the back of church to be collected. Thank you.
