We have drawn up some new and initial guidelines for responding to homeless people who visit us.

We are very aware there are many different situations that crop up. Therefore over the next six months it would be really helpful if you could drop Lin an e-mail if you come across a scenario where these guidelines don’t quite work. We can then review the guidelines in six months and rewrite if we need to.
