Please check you are logging into ‘My ChurchSuite’ which is the members site, not ChurchSuite, which is for the back office.

If you’re on the password screen and can’t see how to go back to choose My ChurchSuite instead, there should be an arrow to the left of the text ‘Enter your login details’, or you can scroll down the screen and below the text ‘Reset your password’, you can click the word ‘Back’.
